The decor was unbelievably chic, bringing a fresh vibe. My King Room on the high floor offered fine city views that took my breath away every morning. Plus, the location was spot-on. I could walk to the concert at SAP Center without the fuss of transportation!

I wish they had more staff available to improve service during peak times. I had a small issue with the TV not matching the channel listings, but it wasn’t a major setback. Overall, a good place to stay for events. The outdoor pool and fitness center looked nice too.

we had a fantastic three-night stay at ac hotel by marriott san jose downtown. our king room with two king beds was really spacious and had a great view of the city. it was well-equipped with complimentary waters, coffee, and a fridge. everything was clean, which we appreciated, especially while prepping for a wedding. the fitness center and outdoor pool looked wonderful, too!

A lack of a refrigerator or microwave in the room proved inconvenient, while the coffee maker's positioning made it nearly unusable due to plug reach. The mattress was overly firm, contributing to a less than ideal sleep experience, and I encountered some cleanliness issues with hair on the bathroom floor. Additionally, security in the parking garage seemed lax with someone lurking around, which raised concerns about safety.
